Do not buy a house or office with tilted doors. Some fengshui masters uses to tilt the door believing that the house “negative” energies  will improve permanently! It does not. Energies does not go sideways when you tilt the door. So if you see that the door is tilted it is clear sign telling you that the house is bad.

Toilet and stove should not in the center of a house. Toilet in the center will cause digestion, intestine and urinary system issues.  As for the stove it causes heart & blood problems.

Main door should not face kitchen nor toilet entrance. This will cause illnesses to the entire family.

Any bad things can happen for such degree such as freak accidents, surgeries, sickness, suicide, lawsuit, disharmony, evil spirits and there is “no permanent fengshui solutions”.

Here are some general tips to ensure good health based on fengshui principles for the interior of your home adding to the 3 pointers written:

1) Ensure that your home is clean. A house full of clutter is bad hygiene.

2) Ensure that the walkway flows freely and unobstructed.

3) Do not place mirrors in front of your bed, you will have nightmare and interrupted sleep.

4) Do not place your stove opposite the toilet door.

5) Do not buy a home that the toilet is right smack in the centre of your floor plan.

6) Do not place the bed beside the door, any door. 

7) Headboard of your bed should not be towards the stove or toilet.

8) Avoid tech gadgets like laptop, mobile, charger beside your head portion of your bed.

9) Kitchen entrance should not be at the reverse end of main or room doors or toilet door.

10) Sharp objects likes axe and sword not to place beside any doors. This will result in accidents and surgery.

11) Stove should not be within energy combo of 2,5, 5,2, 5,9 9,5 and 5 Devil.

12) Do not carry out renovation without the calculation of auspicious dates.

13) Do not place family photos in the 5 devil sector.

14) Mirrors and clocks should be opposite to doors or windows.

15) Avoid homes that have very severe missing sectors or rectangular layout where the length is 3x longer than breadth. A square house is always a good choice.

Vastu - Place to build House

When you are going to buy a place inorder for the construction of a house dont buy properties which having bad odour(smell) near by, near to play grounds,Burial grounds,abode of the Snake God ,Temples etc .

Property can be bought if house can be build which comes infront of the road or river or in east wards .
Property having pond,river,a stream etc in North-East direction can be bought .

Property which is near by to your current home which is in north or east direction can be bought but not buy which is in west or south directions.

Property which situates in south-west direction of Siva,Durga and Mahavishnu temples should not be bought which results in deminishes ur reputation,money etc .

Property which is in north-east direction of temple ,mosques etc are good

Property which is in square or rectangular in shape is good else construct a compund wall accordingly .

If there is any problem in property it can be avoided to some extent by Panjasirasu  .


Lockers can be build in western or northern direction from the middle of your house.South western direction is best place . The direction of almarah/locker should be in eastern or northern direction so that expense will reduce.

Stair Case should not be build in north eastern corner.Stair can be alighted in clockwise direction

Pooja Rooms should not be near to Bath room .

Toilet should not be in north eastern corner and south west corner .

Bed Room in north eastern side is not good .

Master bed room in south or west side,kitchen in north or east side of building

Coat should be in east or south direcction.

WATER ELEMENT –VASTU TIPS

1. The body of water should not be too huge compared to the actual premises or it can energetically dominate the site and weaken the occupants growth.

2. Shape and placement of the body of water are very important. Best place according to vastu shastra is at north east zone. It should not be on the edge of north- east axis. Waterfalls and fountains create new energy flow in any environment. A well placed fountain can have a beneficial impact on any space.

3. Fish aquariums are another powerful water energizer. Fish tanks are a combination of water and living energy which stimulates the flow of new energy flow. Aquariums with fish are notorious for bringing good luck, fortune and a stream of wealth to the occupants. You will also find them in many corporate houses, hotels & restaurants.

4. Avoid placing fountain in the south east area of the house or office, which is a location of the fire element and because water puts out fire it can have a dampening effect on your finances.

5. Circulating or moving water is more powerful than stagnant water

6. Fountains placed at the front door can also deflect negative energy from entering the home.
