2) Place ur left hand on right shoulder and place right hand in side of lower abdomen take deep breath through nose and let it go thru nose

4) Place your left hand on right shoulder and right hand on left shoulder and take deep breath
5) Place your both hand tightened to your head and take deep breath
6) Keep your hand in namaskar position and keep it below your chin and take a deep breath

Vastu - Place to build House

When you are going to buy a place inorder for the construction of a house dont buy properties which having bad odour(smell) near by, near to play grounds,Burial grounds,abode of the Snake God ,Temples etc .

Property can be bought if house can be build which comes infront of the road or river or in east wards .
Property having pond,river,a stream etc in North-East direction can be bought .

Property which is near by to your current home which is in north or east direction can be bought but not buy which is in west or south directions.

Property which situates in south-west direction of Siva,Durga and Mahavishnu temples should not be bought which results in deminishes ur reputation,money etc .

Property which is in north-east direction of temple ,mosques etc are good

Property which is in square or rectangular in shape is good else construct a compund wall accordingly .

If there is any problem in property it can be avoided to some extent by Panjasirasu  .


Lockers can be build in western or northern direction from the middle of your house.South western direction is best place . The direction of almarah/locker should be in eastern or northern direction so that expense will reduce.

Stair Case should not be build in north eastern corner.Stair can be alighted in clockwise direction

Pooja Rooms should not be near to Bath room .

Toilet should not be in north eastern corner and south west corner .

Bed Room in north eastern side is not good .

Master bed room in south or west side,kitchen in north or east side of building

Coat should be in east or south direcction.

Kitchen should be in north east or south east.KanniMoola is South-West direction

1.    Brown Rice: It is unpolished and has its germ and bran layers intact.It is rich in B -Complex vitamins that regulate energy production in the body. The magnesium content in the rice regulates insulin secretion and uptake by cells. 

 2.     Basil: Basil leaves contain antioxidants that relieve oxidative stress;  it’s this stress that compounds problems in diabetics. Basil helps lower triglycerides and the bad cholesterol.    
 3.  Green Tea: This tea is unfermented and hence has high polyphenol content, which help in a controlled release of blood sugars. 
 4.    Fish Oil: Fish oils are known for their omega-3-fatty acid content, which has the ability to correct the functioning of pancreas thus helping in insulin production and uptake. Vitamin D present in fish oils also helps in diabetes by improving immunity. Fish oils(particularly tuna, sardines & mackerel)help in better control of glucose & lipid metabolism. 
 5.    Jambul: A glucoside present in the seeds of this Indian plum prevents conversion of starch to sugar, making Jambul(also called java plum, indian blackberry) a special fruit for diabetics. 
 6.    Drumstick leaves: The fibre content in the leaves increases satiety and slows the breakdown of food, thereby preventing the conversion of starch to sugar. 
 7.    Cinnamon: The bark-spice directly helps lower blood sugar, according to study published by American Diabetes Association, including 1g cinnamon in the diet for a month lowers the blood sugar levels. 
 8.    Olive Oil: The type of fat used in a recipe is important because of the risk of heart disease diabetics face. Olive oil is rich in Monosaturated fatty acids, which are heart-friendly. These fatty acids do not allow the bad cholesterol(LDL) to clog the heart valves, thus reducing the risk of heart disease which is in turn a major complication of diabetes.
